Light refreshing English Ale. Evenly hopped, easy drinking. Straw in colour with notes of caramel and just a hint of hops in the finish. Available with Nitro!

Red Tape
Pale Ale
A little more malt body, and more hops to meet it. Amber in colour, malt forward and aromatic in hops. This beer is made with approximately 90% BC ingredients. Our base malt comes from the Maltsters at Phillips Brewing and Malting in Victoria, and all the hops are provincially sourced.

Finally IPA
India Pale Ale
We held off long enough, after being open for a year and a half we Finally brewed the much requested and loved: IPA. This strong beer immediately became part of the permanent line up at CBC. Malty and full of delicious Citra and Mosaic hops, each sip is a hop lovers beer dream!

Dancing Linebacker
Oatmeal Stout
What more needs be said? Ok, it has a beautiful dark head of caramel color, with an aroma of roasted malt. Lighter in body than one might think. (A big fella, but he is light on his feet.) Malt forward with notes of coffee and chocolate. And don’t forget the Black and Tan, a 50/50 of Stout and Bitter. Try it, you will like it…. Also available with Nitro!

Blackcurrant Sour
Brewed at Cumberland Brewing Co. with a vibrant bounty of blackcurrants grown in Royston, this tart and refreshing ale bursts with ripe berry character. A base of 2-Row, Dextrapils, and wheat malt provides a soft, pillowy body that lets the fruit shine. The first sip greets you with a lively acidity, quickly followed by layers of deep purple fruit — juicy, tangy, and just a touch earthy — balanced by a subtle malt sweetness. Finishes bright, clean, and moreish.

Jungle Fog
American Wheat Ale
Venture deeper into uncharted territory with Jungle Fog, our adventurous twist on the classic American wheat ale that put Cumberland Brewing on the map. This tropical expedition takes our time-tested Forest Fog recipe and pushes it into bold new terrain. Built on a foundation of equal parts wheat and 2-row malt, with supporting notes from creamy oat malt and the gentle complexity of Munich malt, Jungle Fog delivers the smooth, approachable body you expect from our wheat ales. But where Forest Fog treads familiar paths, Jungle Fog blazes through exotic hop territory. The dynamic duo of Mosaic and Azacca hops transforms this wheat ale into something truly special. Mosaic brings its signature blend of tropical fruit and floral notes, while Azacca adds layers of mango, citrus, and subtle spice that dance across your palate like sunlight filtering through a dense canopy. At 5.5% ABV, Jungle Fog maintains the refreshing drinkability that made Forest Fog a Cumberland staple, while offering a more adventurous flavor journey. Each sip reveals new depths—from the soft, pillowy mouthfeel to the vibrant hop character that lingers just long enough to keep you coming back for more.

Saison
Revel in the fruity aroma and flavour accompanied by the classic Saison spiciness. We made this a light bodied beer with a dry finish to pair exceptionally well with the spring, warmth and sun... Good timing, it looks like spring is in the forecast! You may note the tones reminiscent of white wine. These are thanks to primary hop from the Down Under, Nelson Sauvin. Known for their strong fruitiness of gooseberries, passion fruit, grapefruit and melon, these hops share all the same descriptors as the Sauvignon Blanc wine they are named after. Grain: Pilsner Malt, Rye, Wheat, Oat Malt Hops: Hallertau Magnum, Nelson Sauvin

Space Nugget IPA
Inspired by one of our local trails, the space nugget is out of this world. It is a less malt forward IPA than our standard offering. It uses Galaxy, Nugget, and Comet Hops. All these hops work together to bring citrus, peach, passionfruit, grapefruit and herbal undertones. The main malt is Maris Otter, which lends some subtle nutty flavour.

Kolsch
We made our Kolsch to be a well-balanced beer. Just the right amount of malt without overpowering, gentle bitterness while being light on hops and a delicate fruity aroma as a result of the fermentation. We use the noble German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, known for their complex yet mild sweet, earthy and herbal notes. For the malt base we went with Best Pilsen and paired it with Best Vienna for a full flavour profile. This brew will quench your thirst!

2021 Golden Mile Bench / South Rock Syrah
A full-bodied red wine known for its dark fruit, spice, and earthy notes. The 2021 vintage is particularly praised for its balance, with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Expect flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and black raspberry. Notes of pepper, allspice, and potentially hints of ginger or cloves.

Averill Creek
JOUE White Field Blend
A textured blend with hints of white flower and jasmine tea, a lush mid-palate, and a structured, firm finish. Hand harvested and foot stomped, then left on the skins for rounds of 8, 12, and 24 hours before being whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented in old French Barriques and concrete egg. Aged on primary lees with no added yeast, enzymes, nutrients or SO2. Unfined and unfiltered The Joue White is a blend of 55% Pinot Gris, 25% Gewürztraminer and 20% Chardonnay grown on their estate in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island.

Vibrant and refreshing, this is perfection in pink! While this is a dry, crisp wine, it hints at red berries and bright cherries, with floral and citrus undertones. Effervescent, with balanced acidity.

Moon Under Water – Dry Side of the Moon IPA & Pilsner
Dealcoholized Craft Beer
Moon Under Water launched their 'Dry Side of the Moon' non-alcoholic series in 2023 to much praise. Each of the beers uses 100% organic Vancouver Island grown barley in the malt from Field Five Farm just outside Victoria. No preservatives are added to their beers.
Clarity Kombucha
Clarity Kombucha is a small boutique kombucha producer that started their journey right here in Cumberland. Their kombuchas are well balanced and and packed with exciting flavour combinations.
RA Earth Iced Tea
This locally made iced tea is a blend of hibiscus, nettle, lemonbalm, and mint lightly sweetened with organic Fireweed honey.
