This hazy IPA is a juicy, aromatic hop bomb designed to delight both seasoned hop heads and hazy aficionados. Crafted with a foundation of 2-Row, wheat, and oats, the malt bill creates a pillowy-soft mouthfeel with a subtle backbone that lets the hops shine. The hop profile is the star of the show, creating a rich and dynamic flavor profile. At 6.2% ABV, this IPA strikes the perfect balance between approachability and indulgence, with its bold, fruit-forward aromas and flavors complemented by a smooth, velvety finish. A beer for celebrating hops in all their glory.

The Just a little Bitter's big brother, and our version of an English Pale Ale (Commonly called an ESB). Like most British Ales, balance is key. This well-balanced brew gets its malt flavour from beautiful English 2-row Marris otter, the hop flavour from traditional English hops like Fuggles and some fruity esters from the yeast. When combined this ale has a bready, biscuit malt flavour, earthy floral hops and fruity, buttery yeast flavour as well. It is common to call this style E.S.B., but that is actually a specific beer brewed by Fullers Brewery in London and not a style. This style is simply called an English Pale Ale. Enjoy!

CBC's take on a classic style Dark Lager. Smooth, crisp, dry with a touch of roast and chocolate. Enjoy this dark beer without the heaviness of a traditional stout or porter. As Germany is a country that loves lagers and Bavaria is a region that favours dark beer styles, the inevitable outcome was to combine the two, brewing with lager yeasts and highly kilned dark malt to make a dark lager. The clue really is all in the name.

A refreshing Pilsner with Noble Hop Saaz as the base for an authentic Czech style Pilsner. Saaz hops are known for their distinct warm, herbal character that pairs perfectly with the Pilsen malts.

A full-bodied red wine known for its dark fruit, spice, and earthy notes. The 2021 vintage is particularly praised for its balance, with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Expect flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and black raspberry. Notes of pepper, allspice, and potentially hints of ginger or cloves.

A textured blend with hints of white flower and jasmine tea, a lush mid-palate, and a structured, firm finish. Hand harvested and foot stomped, then left on the skins for rounds of 8, 12, and 24 hours before being whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented in old French Barriques and concrete egg. Aged on primary lees with no added yeast, enzymes, nutrients or SO2. Unfined and unfiltered The Joue White is a blend of 55% Pinot Gris, 25% Gewürztraminer and 20% Chardonnay grown on their estate in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island.
